Prevent invalid analyzer when a new version is available

Description
When the version of an active analyzer/responder is updated, the worker becomes unavailable and an action from the administrator is required to enable the new version.
The aim of this issue is to keep the old worker available (if enabled) and notify the administrators that an update is available in the status API.
