Gruvbox-Material-Dark GTK theme not working properly.

I'm on Pop!_OS, and I just ran into this GTK theme. The icons work as expected, but the actual theme (Gruvbox-Material-Dark) appears to be a light theme for me.
Edit: It started working again.
