Improve login screen layout

- Shorten the "Register New Account" button to just "Register"
- Put login and register buttons on the same line and right align (or make them full width)
- Hide the API URL field by default - some sort of control for expansion
- API URL field should be above the login/register buttons as it's something you might need to think about before pushing them
- Make API URL field wider as the URLs don't fit
- Centre the form vertically on the screen
