PDF Files show as random characters // NOT PDF

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a popup PDF from my company intranet
2. PDF shows as various random characters

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my .pdf document
I see Codesource(?) Characters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.0.6.18 on Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64-bit)

Please provide any additional information below.
When I disable ScriptSafe, I can view my PDF without issue.
All of the domains and websites that the data is pulled from are whitelisted.
Please advise.
