Save clippings to Documents/FlyCut/Clippings

The current default is Desktop, which is crazy because hundreds of files get deposited on the desktop every day. Inconvenient and not easy to clear desktop if needed. No way currently to set a different directory. I have stopped using FlyCut for that reason.
A small change to the code is needed. See the gist below. It assumes the directory exists. I don't know how to bundle an app, so I'm leaving it out there. Maybe someone finds it useful.
A better version would of course allow each user to set a directory they like.

The reasoning for having clippings saved to Desktop was that screenshots get saved there. However, one doesn't, I think, produce hundreds of screenshots every day... Going back to older issues, many users would like to customize the directory and very few are happy with the current default.
