Garrison Table is greyed out.

Details is preventing the garrison table from showing the tutorial after resetting CVARS (after uninstalling ElvUI).
Disable Details and the tutorial and table work fine.
This is such an old bug...
Wod garrison specifically? Is it the mission table or the one you build with?
