Describe option in /etc/tendrl/etcd.yml config file

Configuration file /etc/tendrl/etcd.yml of tendrl-api contains the following options:
- base_key
- host
- port
- user_name
- password
While we refer to this file in Tendrl Package Installation Reference document, which shows what needs to be changed during standard installation, the meaning of all options (especially base_key) is not provided or linked there.
The description could be added to document with overview of tendrl wide configuration.

It seems that I actually asked about this in Tendrl/api#47 before, but I failed to revisit/push it it after it was closed.
