[Monitoring] Data collection mechanism

Tendrl documentation doesn't provide details about the tool that will be employed for performance data collection.
Attached with this comment is a brief evaluation of statistics collector collectd and some of the experiences we had with tools like Nagios, Sensu and Zabbix.
