windows 下，4.3 版本打开示例文件崩溃

不崩溃
【实际的情况】
debug下发生崩溃，看上去是一个变量没有初始化，release可以正常运行
另外，windows端的 PAGViewer 打开任何 pag 文件都会未响应。
