About resize in the test

Hi, thanks for your great code implementation, but I have some questions about the data processing in the test. The resize operation in 'Letterbox' of '_preprocess.py' seems to be slightly different from the mapping operation on 'reorgDetection' in 'voc_wrapper.py'. Is it because of small deviation that the influence on anchor positioning is neglected?
