Configure command

Catch all messages

bot.AllMessage(<action>)

Use webhook

bot.StartWithWebhook("<url>", <port>)

or Use long polling

bot.Start()

Send Message

bot.SendTextMessage(<chat-id>, <message>, <0|message-id>)
