Sign In Page Validator

I'm facing a problem in the Sign In page. Whenever I'm clicking on the Sign Up link or the Forgot Password link, the Required Field Validator pops up and I'm unable to go to those pages. I have uploaded the source code as well.
Make Required Field Validator equals to false
