Fix permissions freezing

Device: EVO Shift
Rom: CM7 nightly 214 (latest)
Kernel: PershootV9
Twrp install method: bootloader
Twrp version: 1.1.0
Issue/bug: whenever I go into fix permissions the green status bar will work all then to the end then it will just stop. It won't return to the menu. I ran it through twice to verify and both times I had to pull the battery.. Im not the only one who has had the same issue.
