Problem with typo3 11.5.17

When executing typo3cms and typo3cms -w I get this "An error occurred while executing "persistence"."
also error when executing typo3cms cache:flush
No problem with typo3 11.5.17

- TYPO3 Console version(s): 7.1.2
- TYPO3 version(s): [11.5.18
- PHP version(s): [e.g. 8.0.11]
- Composer mode
- OS: [Windows 10]
Sorry the headline should be "Problem with typo3 11.5.18"
Can you please use the bug report template and fill in all fields and follow the hints? Otherwise it is hard to understand what you are trying an what exactly is happening where. Thanks
My mistake - the problem is caused by the extension georgringer/eventnews - so I apologise for this issue :-)
