[Emu]: VRAM Corruption.

Caused by refactoring, there is a rare bug in all rendering apis where the VRAM becomes partially corrupt.
Screenshot of the issue.
Possibly caused by scissor rect being removed due to emulator refactoring.
Caused when pausing the game.
