[Specific-PSXPC_N] Some struct sizes do no match PSX.

Some struct sizes do not match PSX i.e (lara_info and NEW_CUTSCENE).
Solution: Disable/Enable struct padding on those structs?
Closing for now, doesn't seem relevant.
