[Specific-PSXPC_N] Some static meshes are not drawing.

Some static meshes do not draw on the PSXPC_N branch, might be the animatings.
Can confirm it is indeed the animatings. Should be solved in next merge.
Though ANIMATING drawing is implemented. There is now a bug where all meshes disappear depending on camera position or some simply dont draw.
