Looking for different to get or list the RESTful services, better in ESRI product.

To access the TNRIS ArcGIS Server, please use the following url in your ESRI software and select from the list of available services.

we can try it like the issue above or rework the text and allow the users to download the connection file to be used directly in Desktop or Pro.

i think the best way is to allow the user to download a connection file to the RESTful services.

This dataset is available as an online mapping service. An OGC WMS service and an ArcGIS service are available. To connect to the WMS service in your software, please copy the unique URL provided in the box below.

For ESRI user you can access RESTful services by downloading the Feature and Imagery connection files, and selecting from the list of available services.
