Database cannot be reached

Keep getting this error when attempting to build the CTFNote image with docker-compose
hedgedoc_1 | 2022-09-03T01:56:15.542Z warn: Database cannot be reached. Try 25 of 30. (SequelizeConnectionError: database "hedgedoc" does not exist)
db_1 | 2022-09-03 01:56:16.574 UTC [117] FATAL: database "hedgedoc" does not exist
Fixed had to delete the volumes and then recreate the containers
