Goal

Implement image resize solution for Callout plugin that resolves caveat.

Requirements

0. A new solution must resolve the caveat from GH-83.
1. The solution should not be JavaScript.
2. The solution may be JavaScript.
3. The new solution must replace solution GH-321.
4. The old JavaScript solution may be removed or updated.
