Can't disable logo lights

ArturAzarau opened this issue · comments

Describe the bug
I can't change logo lights color in "colors" tab on Alienware AW3423DW monitor.

System (please complete the following information):

  • Model: Alienware AW3423DW
  • Model details: monitor
  • OS: Windows 11 stable

Additional context
The only way to do this is to set highlight color in Devices and Grids. My logo is blinking constantly( i think it's model bug). The only way to make it not blinking is to set white color in hightlight section in Devices and Grids. But i can't save it. As soon as i leave this tab, logo ends being highlighted with chosen color. I have 2 questions:

  1. Is there a way to completely disable logo lights if "turn off lights" doesn't work, turning off through AWCC doesn't work and turning off on OSD menu doesn't work too. But changing highlight color works.
  2. Is there a way to save that highlighted color that i choose in Devices and Grids?
