Suggestion - Add a changelog

There is the possibility that it's already present but I can't find it;
thank you for your effort in producing this content, as a suggestion I'd request a changelog to better understand what's changing between the commits / releases.
This context is changing so fast that's very hard to see immediately if 10 commits are refinements or a big new feature without checking the specific commit contents.
