In your game yound dont close SDL2_Mixer.

in soundhandler.cpp

void Quit() 
{
 Mix_CloseAudio();
 Mix_Quit();
}

in soundhandler.h

void Quit();

in ZGLoom.cpp after Config::Save();

SoundHandler::Quit();
