Erroneous `file:/tmp/` value URIs being created

This is likely a mis-interpretation of a missing values in the components-pipeline. We're getting statements with file:/tmp/ as the object URI for rdfs:subPropertyOf and qb:codeList properties.
Is this still an issue? Do we have any data which can reproduce it?
