Ignore existing songs (for use on updated playlists)

I downloaded my playlist recently. Since then, there have been some songs added to it.
I want to download the same playlist to get those new songs, but I want spotify-dl to ignore the ones I already have. Can there be a switch / CLI option for this?
i think this should just happen by default, aslong as you have kept the cache file
