sync SvarDOS source repo to github

I had to disable the svn.svardos.org service due to nasty side effects (#57).
In #22 Roy Tam suggested (ab)using the github platform for this.
Going to anything git-related is not necessarily an option I like very much, but given the circumstances it is probably the easiest thing to do, esp. since it would be limited to a source-code viewer.
after all #57 got solved through an upgrade of websvn
