[Feature Request] Please add anicloud.io to NineAnimator

I would like to have this provider in NineAnimator because there are currently no German providers and I’d actually like one that has German subs.

Working on Aniflix and Anicloud, but don't expect it anytime soon.

Its already implemented in two other android streaming apps, so it should definitely work

Please implement them. Btw anicloud.to rebranded itself as aniworld.to
