DISABLE LEVELUP COMMAND BY DEFAULT

Please disable levelup command by default, ive been removed from so many groups because of it. It just repeatedly spams the groups with unnecessary levelup, Please disable by default.
i'll try it in future update!
Till now, you haven't disable it. You also need to disable welcome message by default, I have also been removed from several groups.
And why does the bot stops for several hours
