Remove/warn about desynced Subnautica commands

Describe the issue

I noticed there's an open issue about "spawn" command syncing. I didn't know it does not sync. Maybe the console should give warnings before allowing you to execute un synced commands?
An alternative is to just remove the commands that don't sync.
