Add search engine for library and for local files

I woul like that stremio would have a engine search espeficaly for library and for local files respectivaly to better search a movie or a serie?

In future for new features please use stremio-features repository.
We do not plan to increase stremio local files capabilities so we will not add better search for local files at the moment.
