Solve inverse problem

As a first step towards an automatic boundary condition tuning framework, we want to solve the inverse problem using a simple Nelder-Mead optimization strategy. For that, the following elements are added:
- SimVascular project folder handling class
- Multi-fidelity model handling class
- 0D solver handling class
- Plotting classes + simple html page creator
- Case file for the optimization routine.
