suggestions-feed channel split request

There's currently a "suggestions-feed" Discord channel. It would be good to split this so there's a specific suggestions feed for suggestions made about "live on site" questions, as those are higher priority (and the volume of suggestions for questions-in-progress is quite high).
Also, it would also be useful to have a parallel "comments-feed" Discord channel to automatically report comments made to "live-on-site" questions. A feed for comments on questions which are not yet live on site is probably unnecessary though.
Categorized as Big enhancement as the suggestions-feed channel is apparently noisy to the point it is near unusable. This issue was discussed today in the Stampy Big Picture Q&A
