New YouTube account for posting answers back

Make a new YouTube account which will pull in fresh questions for the coda (https://coda.io/d/AI-Safety-Info_dfau7sl2hmG/YouTube-questions_sugx8#_luC3U), Rob can give it approved poster so it can send things back to YT
@robertskmiles Was it ever resolved by YT support why stampy got blocked and couldn't post anything back to YT? Any notes what behaviour to avoid, so that we won't be blocked again?
We posted lots of links to pastebin. If we stop posting links we'd probably be fine
No we never got any clear confirmation from YT as far as I can remember, but we were posting the same links repeatedly so it makes sense
