Cannot catch the move halo

There is a sentence in FirstApplication.pillar which suggests to move a morph with the halo: "Move the cell with the brown handle (next to the top-right) "

But there is a bug which prevents the move halo in Pharo 9 to be selected. See this capture:

For now I would suggest to use the rotate halo: "Rotate the cell with the blue handle (next to the bottom-left)"
