贪婪模式失败后不更改ip

开启贪婪模式，当接口返回假数据时，调用fetcher.proxy_feedback('failure', ip)方法。pool中确实移除了该ip，但是再次从ip池中获取ip时，发现依然获取到的是希望丢弃的ip
