500 on placing Purchase Order

Summary:
Placing a Purchase Order with material parameter as an integer, or an incorrect string, returns a 500

Reproduction steps:

  1. Go to, for ex, OE-PM-TR
  2. Place Order with material parameter as an int or "blaha" instead of a correct material like 'FUEL'
  3. Get 500'd
