Enable M300 support in Marlin

It would be great if M300 was enabled in Marlin. M300 it's a very useful command to play a beep during the execution of the G-CODE, and can be used in the end of code to warns the user when the print is done.

M300 can be very easily added on the G-CODE using the Custom G-Code section on most used slicers softwares, but the printer firmware doesn't execute it.
