Super Metroid graphics glitch

During the opening scene of Samus flying to Zebes, her ship glitches out. I've attached some screenshots of the issue.
I'm using the latest version of Mesen-S running on Lakka 2.3.2 x64 on my PC.
Yep same for me...
although, it appears correctly in Tile Map
