[SNES] Star Fox (USA) is flickering when run ahead is enabled

Star Fox is flickering when you play the first misson with run ahead enabled (you can see it at the bottom and on top of the screen).

Edit: It looks like it is because of #150, but even with 0.4.0 the sound is pretty noisy.
