the unzipped file shows erroem on my PC

[Google Code Exporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i downloaded the Zip file on the computer. 
2. when in reun exe.file its says " !   :

C:\Users\smathur\Documents\Personal 
details\PRemoteDroid-Server.zip\PRemoteDroid-Server.zip: The archive is either 
in unknown format or damaged
!   Cannot execute 
"C:\Users\smathur\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EX01.216\PRemoteDroid-Server\PRemoteDro
id-Server.exe"
