premotedroid not working

1. open premotedroid
2. establish connection
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
movement of mouse cursor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

os windows 7 ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
what to do after connection established? nohing happens on ouching the screen 
or clicking buttons(bluetooth connection)
