Hangs on Nexus 5 and Nexus 7, Android 5.1

JuiceSSH v2.0.2
I'm connecting to a Ubuntu 10.04 and a 14.10 machine. In all cases, the app hangs or crashes.
I've submitted the in-app crash report.

This is afffecting me too, with an Ubuntu 15.04 server and Android 5.1.

@fulv @zrneely the plugin will be fully redesigned and compatible with Android 5.1 in my new pull request.
