ABF menu items hide for Authors?

Hi Nicolas,
Is possible to hide System > ABF menu itens for Authors, shows only for Admins?

@MarcioToledo Just did it. I was pretty easy since Symphony supports this in the code :)

Please test it by usign the dev branch https://github.com/Solutions-Nitriques/anti_brute_force/tree/dev.

I will merge it to master if your test passes.

BTW, ABF navigation as its own group now.
