Hi, yes and this is because of the high-load services or apps with low-traffic support, the package prepared with the file https://github.com/SoliDry/api-generator/blob/master/.gitattributes
As you may notice there are /tests export-ignore defined and it is deleted when packed on release.

Though you can still easily download those from repo here
https://github.com/SoliDry/api-generator/tree/master/tests/functional/oas

PS Usually those who don't develop the lib don't need those dirs/files on production servers.
