Snapmaker 2.0 Dual Print Issue

When trying to use the 2nd extruder as a support dedicated extruder the gcode doesnt heat the 2nd extruder
It should heat the second extruder when it needs to.
If it doesn't, please share steps / project to reproduce the issue, so we can do some digging on this.
