Withings Manager OAuth Broken

The Withings Manager smart application is outdated and using OAuth 1.0, Withings no longer support this method and it needs to be updated to OAuth 2.0 (see (https://developer.withings.com/oauth2/#tag/OAuth-1.0-(closed)).
