Fibaro Dimmer 2 ZW5 Null Pointer

Fibaro Dimmer 2 are no longer controllable with SmartThings using the DTH Fibaro Dimmer 2 ZW5.
When trying to switch them the following error is reported in the logs:
cafa0cba-e2e4-4375-b875-d619a589b605 08:10:29: error java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method contains() on null object @line 418 (encap)
Switching to an old DTH from codersaur does work so I know it's not a hardware issue. Also other device types from the same and other manufacturers work no problem.
