New Page title

Suggestion:
- Remove " :: RAN! Example" from the new page template, to make the boilerplate more generalised. (page.hbs line 9)
- Change the wording in the create_page helper script to read "Enter page title:" (create_page.js line 41). This (hopefully) makes it clearer to the user that they are choosing the
<title>.
