path problems during module installation in nightly build

Hi,

I have a module in the nightly build (see #658 ). It is a combination of two modules: one script (main one) and the other loadable. When I installed the module from the Extension Manager nightly build, two paths were shown up in the "module paths" list. However, when I checked the sys.path, it only has the path of the script module. So, the module doesn't work on the latest nightly build. But in the stable release, it works well.

Anyone knows where the problem is?
