Mod doesn't work on build 136+ (read before making new issue)

As in build 136 there have been breaking changes in modding API and I can't make it that the mod works on both v6 and v7 (starting with build 136, build 135 works fine).
If I upload new version to "releases", v6 players won't be able to install the mod via mod browser (though they would still be able to download from github directly). ATM only 10% of android user base has access to build 136, so I want to keep the current version as latest release.
I want current mod version be still accessible for v6, but v7 users would have to download new version manually (if I consider porting it before full v7 release). Right now I don't know how to make it this way.
